Deluxe Cleaning has built a reputation as a premium quality contract cleaning company engaged in initial building cleans and final building cleans for the past nine years. Being reliable & honest in our service is all we know.
Amongst Deluxe Cleaning’s many projects is the Apple Store Sydney & Melbourne, Shangri La Hotel, Sydney, Stocklands Head Office, Sydney, Homemaker’s Supacenta at Belrose through to the iconic Sydney Town Hall.
Services available include initial cleaning & final cleaning, daily cleaning of site sheds & amenity areas, brick cleaning, abseiling, carpet steam cleaning, ride-on floor sweeping & scrubbing & line marking and sealing. Deluxe Cleaning also has in-house qualified traffic controllers. Basic labour hire is our latest service.
We at Deluxe Cleaning have a solid work force with varied experience in final building cleans. Our work force understands the pressure of working to a deadline and are prepared to do what it takes to complete the project on time.
Deluxe Cleaning places importance on occupational health and safety risk management. All of our employees and contractors are OH&S green card inducted and are covered by C-Bus Superannuation, U Plus and Acirt. Deluxe Cleaning is DEWR compliant and has a CFMEU Enterprise Bargain Agreement. All members of our work force operate to Safe Work Method Statements which are tailored to each project.
Deluxe Cleaning is a member of the Master Builders’ Association (MBA), CFMEU, and holds Public Liability Insurance with CGU for $20 million and Workers Compensation with CGU.
