Deluxe Cleaning has built a reputation over the last 19 years as a premium quality contract cleaning company engaged in initial building cleans and final building cleans. Being reliable & honest in our service and approach is all we know.
We're very proud to collaborate and partner with our clients and of the projects we've delivered. Some our our projects include; the Apple Store in Sydney & Melbourne, Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour, Shangri La Hotel Sydney, Western Sydney University, The Sydney Cricket Ground, Stocklands Head Office Sydney, Chau Chak Building at the University of Technology Sydney, The Sydney Exhibition Centre & ICC Sydney Theatre, Macquarie Shopping Centre, Gosford Hospital through to the iconic Sydney Town Hall.
Our services include initial cleaning & final cleaning, daily cleaning of site sheds & amenity areas, brick cleaning, abseiling window and facade cleaning, carpet steam cleaning, high pressure cleaning, ride-on floor sweeping & scrubbing & line marking and sealing. Deluxe Cleaning also has in-house qualified traffic controllers.
At Deluxe Cleaning, we have a solid work force with varied experience in final building cleans. Our team members understand the importance and pressure of working to a deadline and are prepared to do what it takes to complete the project on time.
Deluxe Cleaning places importance on workplace health and safety (WH&S) and risk management. All of our employees and contractors are WH&S green card inducted and are covered by C-Bus Superannuation, U Plus and Acirt. Deluxe Cleaning is DEEWR compliant and has a current CFMEU Enterprise Bargain Agreement. All members of our work force operate to Safe Work Method Statements which are tailored for each project.
Deluxe Cleaning is a member of the Master Builders’ Association (MBA), CFMEU and holds Public Liability Insurance with CGU for $20 million and Workers Compensation with CGU.
